Suzhou Jiumei Fiber Glass Co, Ltd. (JM) was founded in 2006 and is one of the largest fiber glass manufacturers in China, specialized in the design, production, service and installation of fiber glass pipes and fittings.
With annual production capacity of 3000 tons of pipes and fittings, Jiumei offers a comprehensive range of fiber glass reinforced epoxy and other resin pipe systems, for sizes 1” to 36” and pressure rating up to 365 psi. The company may provide full engineering support, including engineering calculations, design drawings, stress and hydraulic analysis, pipe support specifications and supervision of installation.
Safety is Jiumei’s first priority. Conductive piping systems, one of the products offered, prevent the accumulation of static electrical charges. Pipe and flanges can contain high strength conductive filaments, as well as conductive liners combined with a conductive adhesive that provides an electrically continuous system. Furthermore and under IMO regulations, JM epoxy products can be used for water-filled systems without additional fire protection. The high quality of JM products have led to an impressive installation reference list, including LNG carriers, chemical tankers, VLCCs and drilling platforms.
The products are mainly used in seawater, ballast system and bilge lines, but also in sewage, cooling water, venting and cable lines, and are corrosion resistant, light-weight and easy to install. They are approved by leading classification societies, such as ABS, BV, DNV, GL, RINA, KR, NKK and CCS.
