LNG/LCNG Vehicle Refueling Stations:
Cryostar refueling stations are dedicated to fuel different types of vehicles running either on compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG).
LNG can be delivered by trailer from terminal or small-scale LNG production plant and its composition will not change from the production source downstream to the vehicles.
With an LNG storage capacity up to 40m3 the FUELNG-Deploy relocatable vehicle fueling station is a cost-effective solution ideal for up to 75 vehicles’ refueling per day. Capacity can be further extended from 40m3 to 120m3, thus allowing for a higher volume of traffic to the station up to 150 vehicles per day as well as a complete unloading of an LNG delivery semi-trailer.
FUELNG-Deploy is the most compact refueling station solution of Cryostar product range, which is composed of a plug-and-play horizontal LNG tank with the centrifugal pump inside, possible to be relocated, if required.
This solution is also an interesting choice for operating a fleet of vehicles in remote areas with a measured investment and without major civil engineering works.
With a variable LNG storage capacity of up to 80m3,the FUELNG-Sustain permanent vehicle fueling station offers the most sophisticated technology for the supply of LNG and/or CNG and can serve a large number of vehicles (up to 300 fill ups/day).
Suitable and according to the MID directive ”Weights and Measures”, the station could be operated for both private or public fleet operators.
Cryostar patented technologies benefit from optimizing features such as continuous operation, distribution of two types of LNG (cold and saturated) and CNG, boil off gas (BOG) management while complying with zero emission requirements.
