Chris-Marine AB products offer complete overhaul and maintenance solutions for the main and auxiliary diesel and gas-engines onboard vessels. They include different honing and deglazing machines for cylinder liners from 150mm bore diameter up to the largest two-stroke liners in the market. ‘’Wave-cut’’ grinding machines for large MAN two-stroke liners can also be offered. Honing machines are available with pneumatic or electric drive, manually operated or fully electronic controlled, having a suitable option meeting the requirements of each individual user.
Monitoring product range also includes the Liner Diameter Measurement (LDM), a system designed to measure the cylinder liner absolute wear and ovality in-situ and without removing the cylinder cover. Frequent monitoring of liner condition allows to optimize maintenance intervals as well as lube oil feed-rate. For smaller engines LEMAG DI-5C with its “Ovality Kit” add-on is available for check and documentation of liner condition.
IOP Marine AS Marine products include modern fuel injector test rigs, being able to test all kinds of fuel injectors including also slide valves, RT-flex injectors and electronic controlled injectors.
Additionally, air driven hydraulic power units are offered in various pressure ranges, having a suitable pump for every modern large bore engine tool set.
This range of products is completed with a series of marine industrial grade cleaning solutions, i.e. spray washing machines and ultrasonic cleaning bath with an extremely high cleaning efficiency and a capacity range up to 4.600 liters.
LEMAG Chris-Marine product range continues to be built on and around engine and ship performance monitoring with the LEMAG Shaft power (torque and power meter), LEMAG SPEEAT (Ship Performance Energy Efficiency Analyzing Tool) and the brand new LEMAG ECI – next generation of electronic cylinder pressure indicator.
