SCHAFFRAN PROPELLER + SERVICE GMBH’s head office is located in the Hansestadt Lübeck, Germany.
They design and build custom made propellers, complete shaft installations as well as hydraulically operated controllable pitch propellers for yachts, patrol boats, naval ships, governmental vessels, police boats, offshore supply vessels, fishing boats, haulers, coasters, ferries, river cruisers and passenger liners.
Over decades they have gained experience in the area of design, production and overhauling / repair of fixed and controllable pitch propellers as well as shaft installations. This together with our extensive machine park and a team of highly motivated employees builds the solid basis for the customer absolute satisfaction.
Every component of the propulsion gear which is produced in the factory (certified DIN EN ISO 9001:2008) will be an adapted project specifically, according to your needs. Particular emphasis is being put on high efficiency with low fuel consumption as well as the minimization of noise and vibration.
